How to consume?

For Children (1 - 13 years old)

Recommended Intake: 2 times per day

Recommended Serving: 10 ml per intake which equal to 2 times of maximum syringe volume or two teaspoons.

For Adult (14 years old & above)

Recommended Intake: 2 times per day

Recommended Serving: 20 ml per intake which equal to 4 times of maximum syringe volume or four teaspoons
